Ms. Deval Patel is a corporate lawyer, qualified as an Advocate and also as a Solicitor, from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Deval has considerable experience and expertise in structuring and documenting domestic and international franchises of products and services, in diverse business sectors. She is closely associated with the Franchising Association of India. She is presently authoring a comprehensive book on the various aspects of franchising. Deval was a partner at Messrs. Crawford Bayley & Co. She established a boutique firm, ‘Deval Patel Associates’, in 2005.
